You can now see insurance benefits information in the Billing Details section of your MyChart account. Additionally, you can see progress bars indicating how close you are to meeting your insurance plan’s deductible and maximum out-of-pocket amount.

Navigate to Billing Summary
Search or select “Billing Summary”

Go to View Balance Details
Select “View balance details” listed below the account you wish to view.

Review Insurance Benefits
Within the insurance benefits section you can see progress bars indicating how close you are to meeting your insurance plan’s deductible and maximum out-of-pocket amount.

By meeting with a financial counselor at the hospital/facility where your services were performed.
The guarantor is the person responsible for paying the bill. You can find the guarantor name and account number on your statement.
A visit account is how your charges are grouped together to bill insurance, and usually represents your billing activity for a single visit. You may have multiple visit accounts, each with their own balance.
