Linking Your Account Using Happy Together in MyChart
Happy Together is a feature in Epic that has the ability to link multiple MyChart accounts from different healthcare organizations so that a patient’s medical records are consolidated into one unified view.

Log into Your MyChart Account
For more information and instructions on how to log in, please review Log Into MyChart

Navigate to "Link My Accounts"
Using the Menu search bar, type in “Link My Accounts.”

Search for the Healthcare Provider
In the discover search bar, type in the city, state, or organization name of the healthcare provider(s) you wish to link.

Link Account
Once you have found the healthcare facilities you wish to link to your account, select “Link Account.”

Verify Account
Complete the required prompts and verify your account.

Account Linking is Complete
Once you have successfully linked your desired healthcare facilities, you will now be able to see all information, such as test results, medications, and more, for all of your linked facilities on your MyChart account.
