Why can’t I see my saved credit card information

Franciscan Health and its affiliates switched to a new payment system on December 3, 2025. This change requires everyone to save re-save their credit card information. If you have an established payment plan and you make any changes to the payment plan you are required to re-enter your credit card details. If you don’t make any changes the next schedule payment will process with the current card on file.
