Why Can’t I Use Apple pay or Google Pay When Paying My Copay or Paying for a Prescription?

When making a payment on a prescription, a copay, or during the Get Ready process in MyChart, Apple pay and Google pay options are not available.

When making a copay payment in MyChart the funds are secured, they are not withdrawn until you arrive for your payment. When using Apple Pay and Google Pay, funds are immediately withdrawn, making Apple Pay and Google Pay not an option for payment processing.
